I am starting again...right at square one or rather step 1. I loved running but found myself pushing too hard and too fast and getting hurt. So I am going to take it a bit slower this time. I am going to gradually work my way up from walking so I can slowly build my legs up. Wish me luck. I am going to try to log my daily mileage on Daily Mile.com, you can also follow me there.
